The PayPal option allows for custom amounts and has a card payment option as well for those who don’t have a PayPal account. PayPal accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
The Card Payments option only currently allows set amounts but these can be increased using the Qty feature described below.
Mobile
When you choose a set amount you can increase your contribution by clicking “Qty” on the next page after clicking the amount button.
On mobile this is Found in the details tab on the top right.

If you are able to describe the steps you had taken and at which point the problem start as well as letting us know which error messages appeared on the screen or any other indication of the problem from what you saw.

Our payment systems rely on existing payment gateways Stripe and Paypal. Unfortunately we don’t have any control over which cards are accepted or not. There is little we can do if a card is not accepted by the payment gateways.
Stripe Accepted Cards
Our card payment option enabled by Stripe supports famous card brands like VISA, Mastercard and American Express depending on Location. See Stripe Supported Cards.
PayPal accepted Cards
PayPal accepts payments from VISA, Mastercard and American Express.
If you have entered you card details correctly, you have funds available and your card is open to making international payments of this type, it could be that your bank does not allow such payments for your card type or your bank has blocked the payment for their own reasons.
We apologise for the inconvenience and we ask Allah to reward you for your intention.
Unfortunately the available methods of paying via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card enabled by the stripe payment gateway are the only methods we are able to provide currently.
We don’t have the ability to support any other payment methods at this time. We also don’t have the facility for collecting payments in other forms at this time.
The available methods of paying via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card enabled by the stripe payment gateway are both well known and respected and secure payment gateways. Stripe & PayPal are both secure payment gateways with PCI compliance.
All personal and card details are processed and secured by the payment gateways. Our website itself does not process or store personal or card/account details. This is why we have preferred to merely link to payment links provided by these secure gateways.
If you have received an email notification confirming receipt of your contribution whether directly from us or from PayPal, that should be sufficient to ensure you we have received your contribution.
You may need to allow for some time for your bank account to reflect transaction based on your bank’s timeframe for reflecting such payments. If you have made a payment using PayPal this should reflect immediately.
If you still require positive confirmation from us, please submit a query via our contact us page containing the exact same name and email address you used to submit your contribution. We will attempt to verify whether we have received your payment and reply with confirmation in-shaa-Allah.
Cancelling Monthly Contributions made using Card Option
In order to cancel a monthly contribution made via the card option, please send us a message via our contact us page requesting a cancellation.
- Please ensure to include the same email address you used to make your monthly contribution.
- Include the exact same name used when making your subscription contribution.
- Include the date your subscription contribution was originally started if possible to help us identify it in our systems.
We will review any active subscription contributions and request confirmation from the specified email. Once we have received positive confirmation we will cancel on your behalf. Once cancelled we will inform you via the email related to the subscription contribution in-shaa-Allah.
Cancelling Monthly Contributions made using PayPal Option
PayPal subscription payments can be cancelled from within your PayPal account. Paypal provides the information on how to cancel automatic payments on their Help Centre, you can search for the term What is an automatic payment and how do I cancel or update one? Should you have any trouble please contact us.
